摘  要:以乌洛托品、氯化苄和含氮芳香族化合物为原料,合成一种季铵盐型酸化缓蚀剂YT101,采用失重法和电化学方法评价了其在中、低温盐酸中的缓蚀性能,探讨了其缓蚀机理,并与国内几种常见的缓蚀剂进行对比。结果表明,YT101是以阴极抑制为主的混合抑制性缓蚀剂,主要组成为:乌洛托品和氯化苄的反应产物,氯化苄和含氮芳香族化合物的反应产物,两种组分联合作用于金属表面形成多层致密的有机保护膜,有效地抑制了盐酸对N80钢的腐蚀,同时,YT101与炔醇类缓蚀剂(PA)有着很好的配伍性,少量炔醇的加入,可以大幅提高其缓蚀效果。此外,YT101还具有酸溶性好、毒性低、合成工艺简单(一步反应)等优点,有着良好的应用前景。The quaternary ammonium salt (YT101) were synthesized by urotropine, benzyl chloride and aromatic compounds. The inhibition( YT101 ) performance was evaluated by a static gravimetric method and potentiodynamic polarization, the corrosion inhibition mechanism was discussed, and compared with the corrosion inhibitiors commonly used. Potentiodynamic polarization indicated that the mechanism of inhibition was mixed control type. YT101 Was composed by the product of urotropine and benzyl chloride, the product of aromatic compounds and benzyl chloride, and the excessive urotropine. Two kinds of reaction products and excessived urotropines combined effect in N80 carbon steel surface. Meanwhile,the inhibition( YT101 )also have good compatibility with PA ,a little PA can improve the inhibition performance greatly. The quaternary ammonium salt also have the advantages of good acid solution, low toxicity and simply synthesis craft( one step reaction).
