摘  要:以La2O2CO3作为载体,采用浸渍法制备了负载型Ni-Co/La2O2CO3双金属催化剂,通过XRD检测金属及载体的晶相,采用自制的升温系统研究催化剂的综合性能。结果表明,催化乙醇水蒸气重整制氢反应中,Ni比Co断裂C—C键的能力强,而Co能提高H2的选择性,Ni-Co质量比为3∶1的双金属催化剂,在400℃时,乙醇转化率可达100%,在500℃时,CO的选择性低至0.28%,而H2的选择性则达到94.11%。与单一金属负载的催化剂相比,Ni-Co双金属催化剂的综合催化性能得到了较好的改善。A series bimetallic catalysts of Ni-Co based on La2O2 CO3 were prepared via impregnation method, the microstructure was characterized by XRD, the comprehensive property of catalysts were also investigated with temperature programmed device. The results showed that the ability to break C-C bond of Co was week compared to the ability of Ni in the SRE reaction, the hydrogen selectivity can be improved by Co. Composite Ni-Co bimetallic catalysts improved the overall catalytic performance. Among the catalysts tested, the activity and selectivity of supported the mass ratio of 3: 1 bimetallic catalyst, the conversion rate of ethanol has reached maximum ( 100% ) at 400 ℃ ; the CO selectivity was decreased to 0.28% at 500 ℃ meanwhile, the hydrogen selectivity was increased to 94.11%. The integrated catalytic performances of composite Ni-Co bimetallic catalysts are improved compared to the single metal catalysts.
