混合痔外剥内扎术后应用中药湿热敷疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药湿热敷治疗混合痔术后术区疼痛、岀血、水肿、痔核充血等并发症的临床疗效。方法将64例混合痔患者随机分为2组:治疗组术后采用中药湿热敷治疗,对照组术后采用痔疾洗液熏洗治疗,2组均用药2周后观察患者水肿、出血、渗液、痔核充血及疼痛情况,并对患者进行自觉症状改善情况的评价。结果在术后第4天,治疗组的水肿、疼痛程度明显轻于对照组(P均<0.05),治疗组患者的自觉症状改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药湿热敷对混合痔术后疼痛、水肿治疗效果好。Objective It is to observe the clinical curative efficacy of hydropathic and hot compress with Chinese drugs on complications such as pain,blooding,edema at operation area and haemorrhoids congestion after mixed hemorrhoids milligant-morgant hemorrhoidectomy.Methods 64 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group in which 32cases were treated with hydropathic and hot compress with Chinese drugs,and control group in which 32cases were treated with fumigation with ＂Hemorrhoids lotion＂.Pain,blooding,edema at operation area and haemorrhoids congestion of all the patients were observed after two weeks＇ treatment,and the improvements of subjective symptoms were evaluated.Results On the forth day after operation,pain and edema in treatment group were obviously better than that in control group（P0.05）,and improvements of subjective symptoms were better than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Hydropathic and hot compress with Chinese drugs has a good effect on pain and edema after mixed hemorrhoids milligant-morgant hemorrhoidectomy.
