针药结合治疗重度直肠前突型便秘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的在传统直肠闭式修补术的基础上,观察针刺结合益气养阴中药治疗重度直肠前突的临床疗效。方法纳入120例符合条件的重度直肠前突患者,按随机数字表法分成A、B 2组,每组各60例。A组行传统直肠闭式修补术,B组在此基础上采用中药结合针刺治疗。观察2组的治疗效果。结果 3个月治愈率和直肠前突深度A组和B组比较有显著性差异,B组效果优于A组。结论在传统直肠闭式修补术的基础上采用中药结合针刺治疗重度直肠前突型便秘,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of combination of acupuncture and Yiqi Yangyin drugs on severe constipation of rectocele type on the basis of traditional transrectal closed repair.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with severe rectocele who according to the selective standard were randomly divided into group A and group B,each group had 60 cases.Group A was treated with traditional transrectal closed repair,group B was treated with combination of acupuncture and drugs on the basis of group A＇s treatment.The curative effect between the two groups were observed and compared.Results There were significant differences in 3 month cure rate and rectocele deepness between the two groups.The effect of group B was better than that of group A.Conclusion The combination therapy with acupuncture and drugs on the basis of traditional transrectal closed repair has a significant effect on severe constipation of rectocele type,and it is worth wide application in clinic.
