摘 要:文章以电化学阳极氧化法在氟化铵、甘油电解液中制备了TiO2纳米管阵列,利用扫描电子显微镜观察了不同电压条件下制备样品的形貌。根据I-t曲线、I-V曲线及SEM图像讨论了TiO2纳米管阵列的生长进程和形成过程,并研究了样品的光电性能。结果表明:电压从25V升至55V时,管径、管长分别从40、2 000nm增至100、3 200nm;电压0.2V时,初始氧化层形成;电压升至1.4V,氧化层被击穿;氧化层的形成与场致溶解的相互影响导致在电压2~4V附近电流的起伏;电压大于5V时纳米管开始形成;25V与45V电压下制备的样品具有较好的光吸收和光电性能。TiO2 nanotube arrays were prepared by the electrochemical anodization of a titanium foil in NH4F and glycerol electrolyte. The anodization process was carried out at different voltage, and the morphology of the TiO2 nanotube was observed with SEM. The formation process of nanotube arrays was revealed by SEM, I-t curves and I-V curves, and the photoelectricity properties of the samples were studied. It is found that when the potential increases from 25 V to 55 V, the tube size and length rise from 40 nm and 2 000 nm to 100 nm and 3 200 nm respectively; when the potential is 0. 2 V, the initial oxide layer is formed; when the potential is up to 1.4 V, the TiO2 film dissolves; and as the potential is 2-4 V, the current curves exhibit oscillation, and this behavior can be ascribed to the simultaneous formation of corrosion pits and oxide layer; when the potential is up to 5 V, well-aligned TiO2 nanotube is formed. It is also found that the TiO2 nanotube arrays prepared at 25 V and 45 V have better light absorption and photoelectricity properties.
