摘 要:为了研究预应力碳纤维布对单向板加固的影响,文章利用ANSYS有限元软件,以相关文献试验中G3板为例,建立非线性有限元模型并验证模型的正确性;再根据单向板是否采用碳纤维布加固及碳纤维布预应力水平和厚度取不同值共建立5块加固板,分别对5块加固板的裂缝、抗弯承载力、跨中挠度、碳纤维布的拉应变及加固材料的界面应力进行了对比分析。分析表明:与其他板相比,预应力的施加,充分发挥了碳纤维布的高强性,有效地延迟了裂缝的出现,提高了板的抗弯承载力及剥离承载力;但在使用预应力碳纤维布加固时,应同时考虑加固板的端部剥离及对延性的影响。In order to investigate the influence of prestressed carbon fiber sheets on the reinforcement of one-way reinforced concrete slabs, the non-linear finite element model was established by taking G3 test slab in the related literature as an example, and the correctness of this model was verified by the finite element software ANSYS. Considering whether the slabs were strengthened with CFRP sheets or not, and the different prestress levels and the different thickness of CFRP sheets, five reinforce ment slab models were established. Then the cracks, flexural capacity, midspan deflection, tensile strain of CFRP sheets and interfacial stresses of the five models were compared and analyzed. The re sults show that applying prestress can bring the high-strength of CFRP sheets into full play, delay the appearance of the cracks on slabs and improve the flexural capacity and debonding strength of slabs. Meanwhile, the end debonding failure and the ductility of the slabs should be taken into account when applying prestressed carbon fiber sheets in strengthening the slabs.
