清热解毒洗剂治疗手部开放性感染临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清热解毒洗剂治疗手部开放性感染的临床疗效。方法:将100例手部开放性感染患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。对照组以3%双氧水、生理盐水冲洗创面后,碘伏消毒,1次/d,7天为1个疗程;治疗组在对照组基础上采用清热解毒洗剂100 mL,每日5～10次湿敷,7天为1个疗程,观察治疗前及治疗后第7、14、21、28天创面愈合情况,创面渗出液中IL-1、TNF-α水平。结果:总有效率治疗组为96%,对照组为76%,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);IL-1、TNF-α水平2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清热解毒洗剂具有加快肉芽生长,促进伤面修复及一定的抑菌作用。Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of QingRe JieDu lotion in the treatment for open hand wound infection. Method： One hundred patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The wounds of the control group were washed with 3% hydrogen peroxide and physiological saline and disin- fected with iodophor, once each day; on the basis of therapy given to the control group, the wounds of the treatment group were wet compressed with QingRe JieDu lotion, 100mL, five to ten times per day, seven days were one course of treatment, the healing conditions and the levels of IL-1 and TNF-ct in the exudates were observed before treating and at the 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th day after treating. Result： Total effective rates of both groups were 96% and 76%, the difference between both groups had statistical meaning （P〈0.05）; comparisons between both groups presented statistical meaning in levels of IL-1, TNF-α （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： QingRe JieDu lotion owns the function of accel- erating the growth of granulation, promoting the wound repair and bacteriostasis.
