摘　　要：肾间质纤维化是各种慢性肾脏疾病进展到终末期肾衰竭的共同通路,近年来有关单味中药、部分中药有效成分及中药复方在抗肾间质纤维化(RIF)领域的研究取得了令人瞩目的成果,体现了中医药在抗肾间质纤维化方面的优势,且有望从中医药中研发出具有抗肾纤维化的新型、特效药物应用于临床。Renal interstitial fibrosis （R/F） was the common pathway of chronic renal diseases developed into the terminal stage of renal failure, single herb, the effective ingredient of part of herbs and TCM compound preparations have obtained the amazing achievements against RIF, which demonstrated the advantages of TCM, meanwhile new special drug could be developed fi＇om TCM and used in clinic.
