摘　　要：探讨了异性纤维的捡出方法,分析了异性纤维的种类及危害性,分别介绍了在生产实践中人工挑拣、机器分拣和电清切除异纤的具体方法和特点,针对不同的原棉和产品要求提出不同的分拣办法。详细地介绍了异纤分拣机工作原理,并提出了对异纤分拣机的客观认识,有利于正确使用异纤分拣机。Picking up methods of foreign fibers in spinning practice are discussed with the varity and dangers of foreign fibers analyzed. The use method and characters of manual picking up, machine sorting and electronic clearing in removing foreign fibers are described. Different methods to remove foreign fibers in different raw cotton materials and different products are suggested. The working principle of foreign fiber sorting machine is also detailed.
