摘 要:为研究超短绒纤维精梳制条工艺,对B272A型梳毛机进行了改造,选取分梳点配置、锡林针布针齿密度、道夫针布针齿密度和出条定量4个因素作为制条的工艺参数,对每个因素选取了3个水平进行正交试验。以各个组合试验纺制的超短牦牛绒精梳绒条的纤维长度损伤、毛粒数为测试指标,获得了最佳制条工艺。改进后的B272A型梳毛机纺制的超短绒纤维精梳条符合后道精梳纺纱质量要求,为超短绒纤维的高附加值开发提供了基础。To investigate the process of producing combed slivers made of super-short fibers, the orthngonal test method is used to reform the B272A carding machine by selecting 3 levels for each factor of the 4 main parameters of carding points, cylinder cloth density and doffer carding cloth density and sliver set weight, which are critical processing parameters for producing combed slivers. Based on the testing indexes of length loss and neps of combed slivers made of yak, an optimum process in producing the combed slivers is obtained. The yak slivers produced on the reformed carding machine are in conformity with the quality requirement of the combed slivers, provided a basis for value-added developing of super-short fibers.
