摘  要:为提高再用棉转杯纺纱的成纱质量,针对原料的性能特点,对各工序进行了纺纱工艺参数的优化配置。开清工序适当提高打手转速、合理配置隔距,加强开松除杂与均匀混合;梳棉工序合理配置落棉工艺,提高落棉率;并条工序采取"重加压、小隔距"的工艺原则,以改善熟条条干均匀度;转杯纺工序适当调整纺杯与刺辊转速,兼顾条干强力与棉杂。通过优化配置各工序工艺参数,严格操作及管理等各种措施,100%再用棉转杯纱的整体质量水平得到提高。In order to improve the rotor spun yarn quality made of reusable cotton, spinning process parameters of each process are optimized according to the characters of the raw materials. In opening and scutching process, the speeds of beaters are increased appropriate, the gauge is selected to strengthen material opening and impurity removing and mixing. In caring process, the noil process is configured reasonably to improve the dropping rate. In drawing process, the process principle of "heavier pressure, smaller gauge" is adopted to improve sliver evenness. In rotor spinning process, the speeds of rotors and taker-in rollers is appropriately selected according to both better evenness and minimum impurities. The quality of 100% reusable cotton OE is thus improved through optimizing the parameters of each process and strict production operation and management.
