摘 要:针对煤矿井下环境复杂、矿井检测节点和检测参数种类众多的情况,提出了一种基于CAN总线分级网络架构的煤矿综合监控系统。主网络采用总线型拓扑结构,二级网络采用星型拓扑结构,系统采用不同的智能节点接入分级网络。分级网络解决了矿井下监控对象网络的独立问题,实现了矿井中所有监测对象整体组网的统一检测;在增加了网络容量的同时,也提高了网络利用率。在组网通信试验中,该分级网络结构和通信节点较好地实现了数据传输的实时性、可靠性和抗干扰性。In accordance with the complexity of the coalmine down hole environment and the situation of numerous detection nodes and various types of detecting parameters, the comprehensive monitoring system based on CAN bus hierarchical network architecture is proposed. The main network is setup with bus topological structure, the second stage network is setup with star topological structure; and different intelligent nodes are utilized to access the hierarchical network. The hierarchical network solves the problem of independence of the network of down hole objects to he monitored, and realizes uniform detection of all the objects detected in integrated networking, as well as increases the capacity and availability of the network. The structure and communication node of this hierarchical network well implements real time performance, reliability and anti-interference capability in experiments of networking communication.
