摘  要:故障安全控制系统自引入到工业生产以来,更大程度地保证了人身和环境的安全。为了做好故障安全控制系统的设计、选用、配置工作,以西门子的F系统为例,分析了工业生产中采用安全仪表系统(SIS)的重要性和必要性,从SIS系统的原理及特点入手,介绍了F系统的功能及特点,提出了与SIS系统有关的联锁系统设计要求和准则。实际应用表明,西门子的故障安全系统运行稳定、可靠性高、操作方便、维护量小,具有很大的推广价值。Since the fail-safe control system has been lead into industrial production process, the safety of personal and environment is ensured in greater degree. In order to well design, select and configure the fail-safe control system, with F system of Siemens as example, the importance and necessity of adopting safety instrumentation system ( SIS ) in industrial production are analyzed. Starting from the principle and characteristics of SIS, the functions and features of F System are introduced, and the design requirements and criteria of the interlock system which related to SIS are proposed. The practice proves that the fail-safe system of Siemens features stable operation, high reliability, easy operation and small amount of maintenance, it possesses great promotional value.
