摘 要:风量测量是锅炉燃烧系统的重要检测参数之一,也是提高锅炉效率的重要手段。针对锅炉风道系统具有的流体性质以及管路系统多样、管道口径大且直管段短、流体中又常含有灰尘和烟雾等特点,采用多喉径流量计对锅炉大管道风量进行测量。实际应用表明,多喉径流量计精度高、压损小、差压信号可靠,能很好地适用于锅炉风道流量测量的复杂工况。In boiler combustion system, air volume is one of the most important detection parameters, and air measurement is the important means for improving the efficiency of boiler. Aiming at the fluid properties in boiler air duct system, and the features of the pipeline, e. g. , the variety of pipeline system, the large pipe diameter and short straight section, as well as the fluid usually contains dust and smog, the multi- throat diameter flow meter is adopted for measuring the air volume in large pipe of boiler. The practical application shows that the multi-throat diameter flow meter features high accuracy, low pressure loss, reliable pressure difference signal; it is suitable for air flow measurement in complex working conditions of boiler air duct system.
