摘 要:对瓦楞纸箱印刷模切开槽机输纸机构主轴进行了激光多普勒测振,获得了80、160、240、320、400 r/min转速下的时域、频域信号,通过信号分析得到了各转速下的频率及最大振幅。对输纸主轴钢制轴及橡胶层进行模态分析,得到其前10阶固有频率及振型,表明:钢制主轴固有频率与测量振动频率相差较大,而橡胶层的第7、8阶固有频率与激光测量橡胶层振动影响最大的低频吻合。Laser doppler vibration measurement was done to main shaft of paper advance mechanism of corrugated paper printing slotting die cutting machine, and the time domain signal and frequency domain signal were obtained when the rotational speed was 80, 160, 240, 320, 400 r/min. The frequency and amplitude were obtained by signal analysis. Modal analyses were done to steel shaft and rubber material, and top 10 orders mature frequency were obtained. It proves that the nature frequency of steel main shaft is much higher than measuring result, but the seventh and eighth order nature frequencies of rubber material are in accord with measuring result of laser doppler vibration.
