摘 要:基于摆动式滚子从动件几何锁合型圆柱凸轮设计参数和改进梯形加速从动件运动规律以及圆柱凸轮工作廓面是滚子从动件在圆柱凸轮上运动轨迹空间包络面原理,巧妙引入宏程序循环变量,建立数控加工宏程序刀具轨迹数学计算模型。所设计的宏程序可根据圆柱凸轮设计参数及加工工艺参数快速调整,实现数控加工程序完全参数化设计。为具有复杂运动规律的摆动式滚子从动件圆柱凸轮数控加工宏程序设计提供了编程方法与策略。The working face of a cylindrical CAM is the enveloping surface of the roller motion paths. Based on this principle, and according to the design parameters of geometric interlock type cylindrical CAM with the oscillating roller follower and the principle of modified trapezoid acceleration follower motion, by skillfully introducing macro program cyclic variable, the mathematical calculation model of macro program about cutter path of numerical control machining was established. The macro program was designed to be ad- justed quickly, according to the design parameters and the process parameters of cylindrical CAM. The completely parametric design of numerical control machining program was realized. So it provides programming methods and strategies for numerical control machining macro program design of the oscillating roller follower cylindrical CAM with a complicated movement law.
