优化高校教师党支部活动的制度路径

摘　　要：高校教师党支部已成为发展先进生产力和散播先进文化的重要力量,成为联系高级知识分子群体的重要桥梁,成为传播科学、培养人才、创新理论和塑造精神的重要阵地。加强党支部活动的制度化、规范化建设,是高校教师党支部工作的基础性建设。建立和完善高校教师党支部活动的领导制度、日常管理制度、组织生活制度、考核评估制度和经费保障等基本制度,使高校教师党支部活动工作有章法、按计划、循周期进行,充分发挥高校教师党支部先锋模范作用。The Party branch of teachers in Universities has become an important force in developing advanced productivity and spreading advanced culture, becoming an important bridge for senior intellectuals, and becoming the important position of spreading science, cultivating talent, innovating theory and shaping the spirit. To strengthen the system, standardizing the con- struction of Party branch activities is the fundamental construction of teachers in Universities of the party branch. The Party branch activities of University teachers＇ leadership system, daily management system, organization system, evaluation system and the guarantee of funds system should be established and perfected so that the work of the Party branch activities in Uni- versities organized, planned, cycled,to fully play the exemplary vanguard role of Party branch of teachers in Universities.
