摘  要:为研究饵料中添加枯草芽胞杆菌和嗜酸乳酸杆菌对点带石斑鱼非特异性免疫力的影响,试验设对照组、枯草芽胞杆菌组(Ⅰ组)、嗜酸乳酸杆菌组(Ⅱ组)、枯草芽胞杆菌+嗜酸乳酸杆菌组(Ⅲ组)4个组,每组3个重复,连续喂食28d后进行尾静脉采血,测定其血液白细胞数、白细胞吞噬活性以及血清中溶菌酶活力值,补体C3、补体C4、总蛋白、白蛋白含量,白蛋白/球蛋白比值。结果显示,饲料中添加益生菌能够显著提高点带石斑鱼血清溶菌酶活力,补体C3、总蛋白、白蛋白含量,白蛋白/球蛋白比值,血液白细胞数及白细胞吞噬率,但对血液白细胞吞噬指数和血清补体C4含量的影响不显著。表明益生菌能够提高点带石斑鱼的非特异性免疫能力,建议最佳添加形式为枯草芽胞杆菌和嗜酸乳酸杆菌以组合形式添加到饵料中。The study was conducted to investigate the effects of Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus acidoph- ilus on non-specific immunity of Epinephelus malabaricus. Fish were divided randomly into four groups: control, I (Bacillus subtilis) , II (Lactobacillus acidophilus) , HI (Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus acidophilus) group. Each group had 3 replicates. After 28 days of trail, the effect of probiotics on the activities of lysozyme (LMZ), albumin (ALB), total protein (TP), globulin ratio (A/G), complement C3, complement C4 of serum and leukocyte counts (WBC), phagocytic activity of leucocytes of blood were studied. The results showed that the activities of lysozyme, albumin, total protein, globulin ratio and complement C3 of serum had a notable increase. The leukocyte counts, phagocytic rate of blood were increased significantly. But the leukocyte phagocytic index of blood and complement C4 of serum did not significantly changed. The non-specific immunity of Epinephelus rnalabaricus could be effected significantly by probiotics. It was suggested that the compound of Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus acidophilus was the best method to add in diets.
