摘  要:为探讨低氧环境对于大通牦牛肌纤维组织学结构的影响以及骨骼肌在低氧环境下的发育学特点,本试验选取不同发育阶段大通牦牛为研究对象,以平原黄牛作对照,应用组织学方法研究骨骼肌肌纤维直径、表面积密度。结果表明,不同发育阶段大通牦牛和平原黄牛骨骼肌肌纤维直径,均表现为随着年龄的增长,肌纤维直径逐渐增大,且同种动物不同年龄阶段肌纤维直径比较,差异极显著(P<0.01);而骨骼肌肌纤维表面积密度,表现为随着年龄的增长,表面积密度逐渐降低,且差异极显著(P<0.01)。相同日龄的大通牦牛骨骼肌肌纤维直径与平原黄牛骨骼肌肌纤维直径相比,随着年龄增长,大通牦牛骨骼肌肌纤维直径与黄牛肌纤维直径比呈现细→粗→细的变化特点,且此种趋势的变化在30日龄表现为一个重要的节点;而随着年龄的增长,相同日龄大通牦牛肌纤维表面积密度与平原黄牛肌纤维表面积密度相比,表现为大→小→大的趋势。Datong yaks from plateau and cattle from plain at different development stages were researched to reveal the adaptation characteristics of yak skeletal muscle fiber structue to the plateau hypoxia environment and to reveal the developmental characteristics of yak in hypoxia environent. Muscle fiber diameter and surface area density skeletal muscle were assayed by histological method. Results showed as follows. Muscle fiber diameter of skeletal muscle in Datong yaks and plain cattle increased significantly (P〈0.01) but surface area density of skeletal muscle decreased strikingly (P〈0. 01) following growth. Fiber diame- ter of skeletal muscle in Datong yaks was compared with that in plain cattle at the same ages. Results showed that skeletal muscle fiber diameters of yaks at 1-day-old, 30-day-old, and adult were greater than those of cattle at the same ages, but the diameter of 180-day-old yaks was smaller than that of cattle. Compared with same age cattle, skeletal muscle surface area densities were smaller at 1-day-old, 30-day-old, and adult yaks, but greater at 180 day. These results were opposite to the results about fiber diameter.
