摘  要:工业生产中,涉及很多温度控制的场合,温度的稳定与否直接决定了生产产品的好坏或直接关系生产过程的安全。普通的温控仪表虽然层出不穷,但是对于特定工艺过程,采取特定的控制策略、算法来处理复杂的工艺工况,它们却很难胜任。在无纺布的生产过程中,采用导热油作为工艺介质,在复杂的工艺工况中,导热油的温度控制显得比较困难,因此设计一种控制系统通过对加热导热油的锅炉控制从而精确控制导热油的温度。Involving many occasions temperature control in industrial production,the temperature stability directly de- termines the product quality or directly related to the safety of the production process. The ordinary temperature con- trol instrument although emerge in endlessly,but for a particular process,adopt specific control strategy,algorithm to deal with the complexity of the process conditions,which was difficult to competent. In the production process of non-woven fabrics ,using thermal oil as a process medium,in complex process condition,the heat conduction oil tem- perature control was more difficult. Therefore the design of a control system through the heat conducting oil boiler control to precisely control the temperature of the heat-conducting oil.
