摘　　要：由于移动通信用户的快速发展、业务覆盖的增加和通信系统的更新换代,通信公司有大量基站工程建设项目需进行监管和维护,针对用户需求设计了一套基于B/S模式的通信基站建设管理系统。系统采用MVC架构和IOC模式进行设计,实现了各类工程数据的网络化管理以及数据有效性的分析。系统性能稳定,伸缩性强,操作便捷直观,可有效实现对移动基站的全过程进行信息化管理。目前已在某公司的基站建设管理中成功应用,提高了工程建设管理的科学化和规范化,具备较好的推广应用价值。Due to the rapid development of mobile communication users,business coverage of increase and communi- cation system renewal,communication company has a large number of engineering construction project management need to undertake supervision and maintenance. Aiming at the communication company needs a set of design man- agement system based on B/S mode,by using MVC framework and IOC model for design,realized the all kinds of engineering data network management and the analysis of the data. The system has stable performance,strong flexi- bility,operation was convenient and intuitive,and can effectively realize the whole process of the mobile base station information management. At present it has been successfully applied in the company,improves the scientific and standardized management of engineering construction,has relatively stron pooularization usin value.
