深入学习实践科学发展观活动的历史经验及现实启示

摘　　要：在深入学习实践科学发展观活动中,我们党重视理论武装,坚持以人为本,聚焦科学发展,关注民生问题,突出实践特色,解决了很多妨碍科学发展的突出问题,确立了符合科学发展的体制机制,有力地推动了经济社会又好又快发展,极大地调动了广大党员干部和人民群众投身于科学发展的工作积极性。系统总结学习实践科学发展观活动的历史经验对于我们今后进一步推进科学发展观大众化工作具有重要的启迪作用。理论宣传工作者必须树立科学发展观大众化工作的宣传自信,党员干部尤其是领导干部必须发挥学习实践科学发展观的表率作用,各级党组织必须建立学习实践科学发展观活动的长效机制。In the campaigns of the thorough study and practice of the scientific outlook of development, our political party armed with correct theory, insisting on putting people first, focusing on the scientific developments, paying attention to livelihood problems and emphasizing on the prominent feature of practice so as to resolve specific problems which hinder the way of scientific development in our country. All of these establish the mechanism system which conforms to the scientific development concept and promote rapid and sound economic and social development to arouse the party member＇s and general people＇s enthusiasm for engaging in the activity of scientific development concept. The in-depth study and practice of historical experience of the scientific outlook of development is greatly enlightening for popularizing scientific development concept. Theoretical propaganda workers must establish the confidence of popularizing scientific development concept generally. The party members, especially the leading cadres, must give full play to leader cadre＇s model function on studying and practicing scientific development concept. Party organiza- tions must set up a long-acting mechanism for the study and practice of scientific development concept.
