摘　　要：社会主义新农村建设必须以科学发展观为指导,推进新农村特色发展。本文试图从新的生产方式、新的生活水平、新的村容村貌、新的主体力量和新的治理形式等方面,展示新时期社会主义新农村特色建设,即改变农业传统的生产方式,发展新型的现代农业;改变农民收入偏低的现状,建立新型的增收减负机制;改变农村落后面貌,建立新型的农村基础设施;改变农民传统思想观念,提高农民素质;改变农村政治体制建设的制度环境,完善乡村治理机制。社会主义新农村特色建设,充分体现了新时期社会主义新农村建设崭新的中国特色、时代特色和社会主义特色。Socialist new countryside construction must be guided by the scientific concept of development to promote the new rural characteristic development. This article attempts to show the characteristic construction of Socialist new countryside from perspectives of new production methods, new living standards, new rural looking, new main strengths and new forms of governance in a new time period, that is, to change the traditional production methods in agriculture and to develop new types of modern agriculture, to change the current situation of farmers ＇ low income and to establish a new mechanism for increasing their income while reducing their burdens, to change the rural backwardness and to build rural basic facilities which can change farmers＇ traditional ideas and improve farmers＇ quality, to change the environment of rural political building system and to improve rural governance mechanism. Characteristic construction of Socialist new countryside completely exemplifies the Chinese characteristics, the characteristics of time and Socialism of Socialist new countryside construction in this new era.
