摘　　要：随着政府服务职能的加强和互联网应用的发展,应用系统间进行数据交换的需求日渐强烈。本文从数据交换的实质功能出发,屏蔽交换双方系统技术环境和数据源异构性,以XML格式的消息进行交换,将请求根据数据元对照翻译成语义一致的数据操作SQL命令,实现应用系统间数据交换的通用模型。最后简要介绍了模型在银行代收医保费系统中的应用,表明通过该模型实现应用系统间的数据交换简单、容易。With the strengthening of the functions of government services and Internet application development, the demand of data exchanging between application systems is more intense. From the essence of data exchange, shielding both deference of technology environment and heterogeneous data sources, We build an universal data exchange model. It can translate the XML format message into SQL commands by reference data element mapping table. Finally the model is briefly introduced in the bank collecting insurance fee system, indicate that data exchanging between the application systems through this model is simple and easy.
