摘 要:从传热传质的角度建立了内置转子圆管内CaCO3污垢形成过程的数学模型,并进行了相应的数值模拟。计算结果表明,内置转子圆管内的温度场及浓度场都比光管均匀;同一截面处,内置转子后圆管的污垢沉积率和剥蚀率有所降低,光管热阻为内置转子圆管热阻的3~4倍;圆管的污垢沉积率、剥蚀率及热阻随入口浓度的增加而变大。A mathematical model of the CaCO3 fouling process in a tube has been proposed based on the theory of heat and mass transfer.Numerical simulations were also carried out.The calculation results showed that both the temperature field and concentration field in a circular tube containing rotors were more uniform than those in a plain tube,the fouling deposition,fouling removal rate and fouling resistance in the rotor-containing tube were smaller than those in a plain tube with the same cross section,and the fouling resistance of the plain tube was 3-4 times larger than that of the rotor-containing tube.An increase in concentration at the inlet led to an increase in fouling deposition,fouling removal rate and fouling resistance.
