不同方案治疗女性真性压力性尿失禁的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:观察并评价2种治疗方案对女性真性压力性尿失禁(GSUI)患者的疗效。方法:采用多中心开放性随机对照研究对妇幼保健院、同济医院2010年6月至2011年3月收治的64例GSUI患者,随机分为两组:A组:生物反馈联合家庭盆底肌锻炼组32例;B组:应用多米君治疗组32例。观察2组疗效及不良反应。在治疗前、后分别记录排尿日记,填写国际尿失禁咨询委员会问卷简表(ICI-Q-SF),并进行尿动力学测定。结果:64例女性压力性尿失禁患者中治愈48例(75%),有效14例(22%),无效2例(3%),有效率达97%,2组疗效比较差异无统计学意义。结论:(1)2种方法均可有效治疗GSUI。(2)生物反馈联合家庭盆底肌锻炼组显示了患者疗效满意度高的优点。Objective： To observe and evaluate two treatments for genuine stress urinary incontinence in women. Methods ： A multi center randomized controlled study on open maternity and child care centers,Tongji Hospital from June, 2010 to March, 2011 , including 64 eases. They were divided into Group A SUI （32 cases） ：pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation therapy （including biological feedback and electrical stinmlation） ;Group B （32 cases） ： the application of meters to SUI jun in the treatment of patients with curative effect observation of; To observe the effect and side effects of 2 groups. Be- fore and after the treatment respectively record micturition diary, fill in the international urinary incontinence advisory committee questionnaire short list （ICI-Q-SF） , and urine dynamics determination. Results：64 cases of female stress uri- nary incontinence patients cured 48 patients （75%） , effective 14 cases （22%） , invalid 2 cases （3%） , effective rate was up to 97%. The difference between the 2 treatment groups was not statistically significant. Conclusion： （ 1 ） Both of the two methods can effectively treat SUI. （2） The pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation therapy （including biological feed- back and electrical stimulation） group shows the curative effect in patients with the advantage of high degree of satisfaction.
