一件式造口袋在大便失禁病人中应用的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨一次性造口袋在大便失禁病人中应用的临床效果。方法:将65例大便失禁成年病人随机分为两组。实验组38例,采用一件式造口袋贴肛门引流大便;对照组27例,采用一次性气管导管插肛门引流大便,观察两组病人大便引流效果、肛周皮肤破损程度、护理时数。结果:两组病人大便引流效果、肛周皮肤破损发生率、护理时数比较P﹤0.05,差异具有统计学意义,实验组明显优于对照组。结论:大便失禁病人应用一件式造口袋贴肛能有效收集大便,降低肛周皮肤破损发生,节省工作时间,提高工作效率。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of using one-piece colostomy bags to patients with fecal incontinence. Methods ：65 cases of adult patients with fecal incontinence were randomly divided into two groups. 38 cases were in the experimental group, patients of this group would receive one-piece colostomy bag pasted in anus to drain stool. 27 cases of patients of the control group would receive disposable tracheal tube inserted in anus to drain stool. The comparison be- tween the two groups was done on the stool drainage effect, the damage degree of the perianal skin and the nursing time. Result：The results of the experimental group is superior to the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） , the difference between the two groups had statistical significance. Conclusion：Using one-piece colostomy bags can effectively help patients with fecal in- continence to collect stool, reduce the damage of the perianal skin, save the working time and improve the work efficiency.
