摘  要:目的:探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者治疗前后血清Hcy、NPY和IGF-Ⅰ水平的变化及临床意义。方法:应用放射免疫分析和免疫化学法对32例ACI患者进行治疗前后血清Hcy、NPY和IGF-Ⅰ测定,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果:ACI患者在治疗前后血清Hcy、NPY水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01)。而IGF-Ⅰ水平又非常显著地低于正常人组(P<0.01),经治疗2周后,与正常人组比较仍有显著性差异(P<0.05)。血清IGF-Ⅰ水平与Hcy、NPY水平呈显著负相关(r=-0.4015、-0.5514,P<0.01)。结论:检测ACI患者血清Hcy、NPY和IGF-Ⅰ水平对了解病情变化及观察疗效具有重要的临床价值。Objective To explore the clinical relevance of measurement the changes of serum Hcy, NPY and IGF-I levels after treatment in patients with ACI. Methods Serum NPY, IGF-I(with RXA) and serum Hcy(with immunochemistry) levels were determined in 32 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 35 normal healthy controls. Results Before treatment, serum Hcy,NPY levels were significantly higher than those in controls( P 〈 0. 01 ), but serum IGF-I level showed distinctly lower( P 〈 0.01 ). After treatment for 2 weeks, serum Hcy, NPY and IGF-I levels dropped markedly, but remained evidently higher than the controls(P 〈0.05). Serum IGF-I level was negatively correlated with serum Hcy, NPY levels ( r = - 0.4015, - 0.5514, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Detection of serum Hcy, NPY and IGF-I levels were closely related to the diseases process and therapeutic efficacity in patients with ACI. Therefore, determination of these items can provide important clinical value.
