摘　　要：对溪洛渡电站运行和检修工况下面临的安全风险因素进行了详细的分析,并提出了具体的应对策略,为水垫塘投入运行提供了具有价值的参考资料。In this paper, risk factors of Xiluodu hydropower, station during operation and maintenance were analyzed in detail. Accordingly, strategies were put forward, which provided a valuable reference for the operation of water cushion.
