摘 要:以激光拉曼光谱仪为测试手段,根据LED背光模组生产过程中可能产生的杂质,首先建立拉曼光谱的杂质标样谱库,再采用谱图检索和人工比对相结合的方法,确定未知杂质的归属,确认率达91%。该方法能有效帮助相关企业从源头上控制杂质的产生、提升产品的合格率、降低生产成本。这种根据企业生产流程和产品特点的杂质检测方法,针对性强、效果明显。The various impurities of LED backlighting system in producing process were detected by establishing a complete set of the impurities of Raman spectra named standard spectra and comparing unknown impurities with the standard spectra, as well as library search. The degree of confirmation for the impurities is as high as 91%. The detectable method based on the producing process and characteristic of products possesses obvious pertinence and effectiveness, which is propitious to eliminate the impurities from the beginning, raise qualified rate of the products and reduce the operating cost.
