摘　　要：离心淘洗技术是根据样品不同的密度实现样品分离。此技术能够分离不同种类的细胞,甚至是不同时相的细胞。利用野生型(SC5314)白色念珠菌以及具有假菌丝表型的突变体(cla4Δ和grr1Δ)为样品,经过超声波预处理和离心淘洗收集不同的流速组分,经后续培养和血清诱导,证实离心淘洗技术能够分离得到G1期白色念珠菌细胞,从而实现同步化。According to different densities, using centrifugal elutriation can isolate different type of cells and even different cell phases. Wild type （SC5314） and mutants with pseudohyphal phenotype （cla4 and grrl） of Candida albicans are applied, and using sonication and centrifugal elutriation can collect different flow fractions. After consequent inoculation and inducing, centrifugal elutriation can be proved to obtain synchronized G1 phase cells successfully.
