摘　　要：文化产业管理是实践性、操作性较强的应用型专业,而实习基地的建设是培养该专业学生实践能力的重要途径。广西师范学院实习基地建设坚持共建、互利、共赢的原则,以点带面,开辟校外教学和实习基地。尽管实习基地在建设过程中遭遇种种困难,但通过思想共识的达成、新课程体系的构建和合作保障机制的完善,为学生实践能力的培养打造有力的平台,高校可从中探索出适应学校特色的文化产业实习基地建设的经验和模式。The cultural industrial management is a practical, operational major. And the construction of practice base is the important way to improve the students＇ practical ability. The practice base construction of Guangxi Teachers Education University insists on the principle which is co-founded , mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation, from point to an area, opening up external teaching and practice base. Although practice base in the construction process encounters various difficulties, there are some solutions to solve these problems, such as reaching the ideological consensus, building the new course system and constructing powerful platform for the cultivation of the students＇ practice skills. Colleges and universities should explore the experience and mode which is adapted to the school characteristics of the cultural industrial management of the practice base.
