摘 要:利用职业倦怠量表(MBI-GS)本土化中文版修订量表对全国391名高校辅导员进行调查,以高校辅导员角色压力源、职业倦怠及其关系为切入点分析得出:辅导员角色压力源一、三维度呈现中等偏下水平,但在性别、学历以及职称等方面并未出现显著差异;辅导员职业倦怠状况总体呈现中等偏上水平;辅导员角色压力源与其职业倦怠呈现显著正相关关系,因此高校应进一步减轻辅导员负担,辅导员个人应做好角色转换,社会应加大支持力度。In use of the Maslach Burnout Inventory - General Survey localization of Chinese edition scale and based on the investigation of 391 university counselors, this research found that: the first and the third dimension of university counselors" role stress source present medium slant next levels. But according to the population statistics analysis, it has no significant difference from gender, degree and the title. Occupation burnout appears in the middle level generally, in spite of the significant difference of degree. The overall situation is however relatively good ; college counselor role stress source and occupation burnout appears significant positive correlation. Based on the investigation, the universities should reduce the burden of personal counselors futherly, counselor should do the role transformation and society should increase supportive strength.
