摘　　要：家庭社会工作是家庭现代化的选择。家庭社会工作的实质是对家庭的整体性介入及家庭独特功能的完善。转型期的中国社会赋予了家庭重要的社会保护责任,但对家庭的支持却非常有限,已无法回应功能变迁后家庭产生的新需要,直接影响了个人和社会的发展。改革家庭政策,发展家庭社会工作,给予家庭强有力的支持,应该成为我国家庭社会工作发展的路径与方向。Family social work is a choice made in the modernization of families.The essence of family social work is to improve the whole family intervention and the family function.China’s social transformation gives families important responsibility of social protection,but it does not lend much support to families.The fresh needs arising out of functional shift remain to be responded to and the development of individuals and the society is affected.To reform family policy,develop family social work and give strong support to families should be the path and direction of the development of family social work in China.
