摘　　要：2012年11月9-11日,第四届中国体育博士高层论坛在上海交通大学成功举办。论坛对改革开放以来我国体育的发展进行了整体回顾与深入思考,关注当下、聚焦实践,研究呈现出鲜明的问题意识与价值情怀。期间,与会专家、学者主要围绕体制改革与体育发展方式转变;群众健身需求与体育组织支撑缺失;竞技体育结构失衡与后备人才培养;体育文化产业与传统体育对接这四个专题而展开报告与研讨,视点纷呈,新意连连,产生了一些新的思维方式与观点。On November 9 -11, 2012, the 4th Doctoral High- Level Forum on China Sport was successfully held in Shanghai Jiaotong University. It has an overall review of the sports development in China since the reform and opening up period and took deeply thinking and discussion on four issues： the mode transformation and sports development structural reform; masses fitness needs and supporting missing of sports organizations ; imbalance in the structure of competitive sports and Reserve Personnel Training;sports cultural industries and traditional sports. Experts and scholars actively discussed and informed some new ideas, methods and perspectives.
