摘　　要：随着我国经济的快速发展以及人口老龄化的到来,传统的农村家庭养老的这种养老模式的功能已经跟不上现代社会经济的发展,这就需要我们构建完善的新型农村养老保险法律制度,从而妥善解决农民的养老问题。With China＇ s rapid economic development and with population tional family - based old - age security model in China＇ s vast rural areas h aging quickening its pace, as been lagging behind the the conven-nation＇ s so-cio-economic development at the present stage, which makes it an imperative task for us to build a sound legal system that caters to the needs of a new old - age insurance system for rural residents so as to properly deal with is- sues related to old-age insurance coverage in rural areas.
