区域经济划分和界定的一般化方法——以“黄河下游农区”的界定为例

摘　　要：农区工业化问题是区域经济学及发展经济学的重要的研究内容。而黄河下游农业的工业化问题则是中国区域经济发展研究中的一个重要问题。但相应的研究对象"黄河下游农区"却是一个模糊的概念。本文设立了一个社会经济发展水平的指标体系,包含:经济发展水平、经济结构、农业生产条件和现状、城市化水平、社会发展水平、县域经济发展水平等一级指标及其二级指标,用以界定这一概念。通过聚类分析的方法对上述指标分析。从而清晰地界定了这一区域经济学的研究对象,也为类似的研究提供了界定研究对象的一种一般化方法。The industrialization of agricultural areas has always been a major research topic in regional economics and development eco- nomics. And as such, the industrialization of agricultural areas in the lower reaches of the Yellow River is also an important subject of study in China＇ s regional economic development. However, the concept of ＇ agricultural area in the lower reaches of the Yellow River＇ to be investigated is a fuzzy one. To correctly demarcate and define such a concept, this paper proposes an index system for evaluating the level of socio - economic development in this area, which comprises a number of primary indicators and secondary indicators con-terning economic development level, economic structure, agricultural production conditions and the status quo, urbanization level, so-cial development level, county economic development level, etc. By cluster analysis of these indicators, this paper is able to come up with a clear definition of the concept of ＇ agricultural area in the lower reaches of the Yellow River＇ in its capacity as a research subject n regional economics, providing a general method applicable to similar studies henceforth.
