摘  要:目的应用复合微量营养素制剂干预以祛除疲劳,并找到合适干预窗口时间,提高部队的战斗力。方法选择军事演习后某部240例为干预对象,对所有研究对象进行病史询问、体格检查,检测垂体-肾上腺(包括血浆促肾上腺皮质激素、皮质激素、24h尿游离皮质醇)、垂体-性腺(黄体生成素、睾酮、雌二醇)、垂体-甲状腺功能(血清促甲状腺激素、甲状腺素、三碘甲状腺原氨酸、游离甲状腺素、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸)和细胞免疫指标(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、B、NK),并在对研究对象进行交叉干预后重新进行上述项目的检测;本实验使用随机、双盲、交叉的设计方案。结果使用复合微量营养素干预后,服药组的指战员垂体-肾上腺轴功能以及免疫功能恢复程度明显好于安慰药组指战员,而且先服药比后服药的恢复程度好;其垂体-甲状腺轴功能恢复程度明显好于安慰药组,而垂体-性腺轴功能恢复程度与安慰药组无显著差异,垂体-甲状腺及垂体-性腺轴功能先服药比后服药的恢复程度也无显著差异。结论 (1)高强度作业后服用复合微量营养素能加速战士内分泌-免疫系统功能的恢复;(2)高强度军事作业后早期服用复合微量营养素效果优于晚期服用。Objective To find the suitable timetable for applying mulvital to dispel fatigue to provide the theoretical basis for improving the combat effectiveness of the army.Methods Two hundred and forty soldiers from Field Artillery Group after the largescale,high-intensity exercise were selected as subjects,researchers and subjects received training before the study.History taking,physical examination,detection of the pituitary-adrenal hormone(ACTH、F、UFC),pituitary-gonadal hormone(LH、FSH、T、E2、 PRL)、pituitary-thyroid hormone(TSH、TT3、FT3、TT4、FT4)and the cellular immune parameters(CD3+、CD3+、CD4+ 、CD8+、 CD4+/ CD8+ 、B、NK)were detected after the large-scale field exercises of high intensity,recheck all the items after cross-interference.A randomized,double-blind,crossover design was used in this study.Results The functional recovery of the pituitary-adrenal axis and the immune system of the medication group was significantly better than the placebo group after the intervention of adding the mulvital,and the degree of recovery of group A was better than group B.The functional recovery of the pituitary-thyroid axis of the medication group was significantly better than the placebo group after the intervention using the mulvital,while that of the pituitarygonadal axis between two groups was of no significant difference,and the degree of recovery between group A and group B was also of no significant difference.Conclusions(1)Taking mulvital after the high-intensity military operations can accelerate the recovery of the soldiers' psychology、physical ability and neuro-endocrine-immune system;(2)Taking mulvital in early period following highintensity military operations is better than taking it in later period.
