农业信息化服务的多元主体供给边界及模式研究

摘　　要：在农业信息化服务多元主体供给的比较优势分析基础上,以专业化分工和交易费用为研究视角,探讨了农业信息化服务供给主体作用边界及其供给模式。结论表明,供给主体的多元化组合形式取决于交易费用的大小和提供农业信息化服务的专业化经济收益的大小,多元主体混合供给模式将提高其供给效率,具体组合方式则受具体经济发展情况及农业信息化服务种类差异影响。最后,提出了一种符合我国国情的"政府主导、市场辅助、公益参与"的农业信息化服务混合供给模式。The paper is based on the compartive advantage analysis of multi-bodies supply of agricultural information ser- vice, at the prospective of specialized division of labor and transaction costs, mainly discussed the main part functions bound- aries and its of the agricultural information service. The conclusions shows that the diversified groups styles of the main sup- ply parts largely depends on more or less of the transaction costs and more and less of the specialized economic returns of providing the agricultural information service, so the conclusion of the mixed supply model of the diversified main groups can improve the supply efficiency, the specific economic performance and differences in varied agricultural information service can exerts specific influence upon the specific style of being group. At last, this paper is putting forward mixed supply model of “ government leading, market assisting, public participating” of agricultural information service system.
