摘　　要：针对传统招标采购管理存在资金来源多、工作效率低、档案管理难等问题,根据高校招标采购工作的需求,基于B/S模式,开发出一套招标采购管理系统,规范工作流程,提高工作效率,调动工作积极性。同时,系统可以及时查询采购工作的状态,统计采购信息,为领导决策和群众监督提供方便快捷的信息服务。Aiming at the problems of the management mode of the traditional bidding procurement work, such as existing funding sources, low efficiency, the difficulty of file management, according to the needs of universities bidding procurement work, based on B/S model. People can develop a set of bidding procurement management system to standardize work processes, improve work efficiency, and mobilize the work enthusiasm. The same time, the system can query the status of the bidding procurement work, count the information of the bidding procurement work, and provide convenient information for leadership decision-makinz.
