对外汉语兼职教师培训现状与需求调查分析

摘　　要：文章基于"全国对外汉语教学与汉语国际教育信息库(机构及师资)"兼职教师部分的1306份有效问卷,具体分析讨论了对外汉语兼职教师的培训现状与培训需求,并针对培训存在问题提出了具体建议。研究表明,对外汉语兼职教师普遍具有强烈的培训需求,且呈现出明显的地区差异和年龄差异;互动实践式的培训方式最受欢迎;培训效果与教师专业等有直接相关;培训问题主要集中在针对性与实用性上。The research is a questionnaire survey of 1,306 part-time TCFL teachers. It discusses the status and demand of the training of part-time TCFL teachers, and puts forward some suggestions for solving the training problems. It concludes that part-time TCFL teachers generally have a strong training need and show obvious regional difference and age difference; the interactive practice training method is the most popular while the training results are directly related to teacher＇s majors; training problems are closely related to the training target and and practicability.
