摘  要:上海世博园后滩是中国2010年上海世界博览会生态环境重点建设区域。后滩湿地生态系统构建历时6个月,对后滩湿地水质特征进行了3a多的研究,针对后滩水生态系统构建和后续维护两个阶段,测试分析了后滩水体溶解氧(DO)含量、化学需氧量(CODMn)、氨氮(NH3-N)含量、总氮(TN)含量和总磷(TP)含量等主要水质参数的单因子水质标识指数(Pi)和综合水质标识指数(Iwq),并对水体氮形态进行了对比分析。结果显示,通过后滩湿地的生态净化作用,水质由V~IV类提高为III~II类;后滩湿地主要污染指标为TN,TN含量随NO3-N含量变化而变化;两阶段的Iwq差异显著(p<0.05),目标水质所占比例随时间延续逐渐升高,湿地生态系统由适应性向稳定性过渡。该湿地生态系统构建方法与水质调控工艺对水质净化效果明显,具有良好的应用前景。Houtan wetlands in Shanghai Expo garden is one of the key ecological constructive regions of World Exposition 2010 Shanghai, China. The wetland ecosystem and water quality indexes were researched for 3 years. Aimed to the construction phase and the maintenance phase of Houtan wetlands, the contents of main water quality indexes, dissolved oxygen (DO), chemical oxygen demand (CODMn), ammonium (NH3-N), total nitrogen (TN) and total phosphorus (TP), were tested and water quality was evaluated with the methods of single factor and comprehensive water quality identification indexes in this paper, and different forms of nitrogen were analyzed as well. The results showed that the water from Huangpu River was restored from Calss V-Calss IV to Calss III-Calss II range under the ecological purification of Houtan wetlands; the main contaminant in Houtan wetlands was TN, which content varied with that of NO3-N; there existed a significant difference (p0.05) between the comprehensive water quality identification index (Iwq) of the 2 phases, the water ecosystem transited from adaptive to stable since the ratio of objective water quality improves with time. The technology of water ecosystem construction and water control had an obvious effect on water purification, which is sustainable and can be well applied in urban wetland development.
