摘　　要：为了在基于VxWorks系统的嵌入式软PLC开发及使用过程中,用户可以对系统进行远程调试及监控,设计并实现了一种基于VxWorks嵌入式实时操作系统加CodeSys编程器的软PLC远程监控系统,运用VxWorks提供的任务管理库、SPY工具以及独立设计的CodeSys信息记录库收集相关监控信息,通过UDP协议与上位机软件进行数据的通信,保证了系统的简洁和可靠。系统提供图形化的监控界面和分析工具以及基于数据库的数据保存机制,可以在开发及后期维护过程中为技术人员提供系统底层所有任务的运行信息、CPU和内存使用参数以及PLC应用程序输出信息等重要参数。A soft-PLC long-distance control system based on embedded real time operating system VxWorks and programmer of CodeSys was designed and achieved in this paper. By use of task manager and SPY tool provided from VxWorks, and CodeSys information record bank, it collected relative monitoring information, and communicated with host computer by UDP, which guaranteed the simplicity and reliability of system. The system applied patterned control interface and analytical tool as well as data save mechanism based on data base, which could provide related data to technicians.
