摘　　要：针对机械系统振动信号的采集分析问题,设计了机械振动软硬件实验采集分析系统。以滚筒洗衣机滚筒振动为例,采用传感器、电荷放大器和NI采集卡组成信号采集硬件系统,应用LabVIEW软件编写数据采集程序,对时域振动信号进行采集,应用MATLAB软件对采集到的信号进行频域的相关分析。To the problem of mechanical system vibration signal acquisition and analysis, a mechanical vibration experiment analysis system was designed, and the drum vibration of a drum washing machine was taken as example. The system hardware was composed of sensors, charge amplifiers and NI acquisition card, the data acquisition program was written by LabVIEW. The time domain vibration signal was acquired, and frequency domain signal was analyzed by MATLAB.
