摘 要:极薄镀锡、镀铬板是包装和制罐等行业的重要原材料,生产过程中机组的润滑性能直接关系到产品的外形及性能质量。针对机组润滑系统中存在的带钢上、下表面润滑不均匀问题,在大量现场试验与理论分析基础上,通过在上、下表面乳化液管路上分别增设流量阀,实现了上、下表面乳化液流量分别控制,并以带钢上表面喷嘴的流量和到轧机中心距离为参照目标,建立了综合考虑乳化液滴落损失和离水展着率的下表面喷嘴到轧机中心距离的优化计算模型,通过计算得到下表面喷嘴的最佳布置位置,随后对其喷淋流量进行计算。该套技术在现场应用后,实现了带钢上、下表面均匀润滑,有效改善了带钢的轧制稳定性和产品质量。The thin tin-plated and chrome plate is an important raw material of the packaging and can industry. The lubricating property of the unit is directly related to the appearance and performance quality of the product. To the problem of uneven lubrication on the upper and lower strip surfaces by the present lubrication system, based on a large number of field tests and theoretical analysis, flow valves in the emulsion pipeline which corresponding to the upper and lower strip surfaces were added, then the flow of emulsion on upper and lower surface could be controlled respectively. Taking the flow of top nozzle and distance hetween it and the mill center as reference target, the optimization calculation model of the distance from bottom nozzle to mill center was established, which took into account the drippage loss and plate out efficience of emulsion. The best arrangement position of bottom nozzle was calculated by above method, and then the spray flow was known. The control technology had a good effect in field applications. The uniform lubrication on upper and lower strip surfaces was realized, and the strip rolling stability and product quality was improved effectively.
