摘　　要：为了使数控转塔冲床具有良好的运转状态,应对数控转塔冲床进行振动和噪声检测,制定出一个适合检测其振动与噪声的实验方法和步骤。通过对检测信号的分析、提取和判断,找出其振动较大位置并分析其原因,给出能解决或者降低振动和噪声的综合方法。For CNC turret punch press running in good condition, this paper worked out a suitable method for the detection of vibration and noise of CNC turret punch press. Based on the signal detection, extraction and judgement, the position with larger vibration on the press was found out. After analyzing the reason for vibration, the paper gave an appropriate approach to solve the problem.
