摘  要:针对薄壁型钢这一类细长型构件,研制了一套表面三维形貌测量系统。该系统采用激光位移传感器为测距元件,由计算机控制步进电机转动以及发出数据采集命令。通过传感器和试件的相对运动对试件表面进行自动连续的扫描测量,测量数据经相关处理分析后导入软件,绘制出被测试件的三维图形。试验表明,该系统具有测量速度快、测量数据准确、性能稳定等显著特点。A measurement system was designed to measure the three-dimensional surface of thin-walled steel. This system used a laser displacement sensor as a measurement component and one computer controlling the rotation of stepping motor and sending datacollecting order. Laser displacement sensor measured the surface of specimen automatically and continuously through the relative motion of the laser displacement sensor and the specimen. The data were transferd into the software after processed, and then the three-dimensional graphics was drawn out. Experimental result shows that this measurement system has notable features as fast measurement, accurate data and stable performance.
