摘　　要：本文总结182例捐助项目人工耳蜗植入患儿围手术期医护配合方面的经验。通过增加护理人员的知识储备,加强术前检查及术中监测的医护配合,注重术后观察和沟通,改进护理工作方法。182例患儿均顺利完成手术,除2例因营养不良而发生切口愈合延迟外,其余均恢复良好。The article summarized 182 cases of donor project cochlear implantation in children with peri - operation period nursing experience. By increasing the nursing staff＇s knowledge reserve, strangthcning the preoperative diagnosis and intraoperative monitoring health care,pay attention to postoperative observation and communication, improve nursing work method. 182 patients were successfully completed the operation, except two cases occurred duo to malnutrition and incision healing, the rest recovered well.
