摘 要:为筛选西农萨能奶山羊泌乳期全价料最适能量和蛋白水平,选取体重(50.56±0.76)kg、胎次(2~3)、产奶量(2.12±0.10)kg/d相近和分娩日期与体况一致,并处于泌乳高峰期的健康西农萨能奶山羊36只,随机分为6组,每组6只。采用3×2因子随机区组试验设计6种日粮,NE水平为12.64、13.08和13.52MJ/d,CP水平为16.13%和17.82%。试验期84d,共分4个阶段,每阶段21d。结果表明:日粮NE和CP水平对奶山羊DMI和血液生化指标没有显著影响,但存在交互作用,NE 13.52MJ/d和CP16.13%处理组的DMI最高。随日粮NE和CP水平升高泌乳量增加,其中CP提高可显著增加泌乳量(P=0.041);而乳脂肪、乳蛋白、乳糖、干物质和非脂乳固体等乳成分指标则降低,其中CP提高可显著降低乳蛋白(P=0.013)和非脂乳固体(P=0.031);日粮NE和CP水平对奶山羊泌乳性能的影响存在交互作用,NE 13.52MJ/d和CP17.82%时泌乳量最高,而NE 13.08MJ/d和CP16.13%时乳品质最好。综合各项指标并考虑生产实际,得出西农萨能奶山羊泌乳期日粮适宜的NE和CP水平分别为13.08MJ/d和CP16.13%。In order to select the optimum energy and protein level of Xinong Saanen dairy goat during lactation period, 36 healthy Xinong Saanen dairy goats were screened at the peak of lactation, whose weight (50.56±0.76)kg, parity (2-3), milk yield (2.12±0.10) kg/d,and body condition were at similar level, the goats were randomly divided into 6 groups, 6 in each group. 6 kinds of diets were designed by 3 ×2 factor randomized block experimental; the NE levels were 12.64, 13.08 and 13.52 MJ/d, and the CP levels were 16.13% and 17.82% respectively. The whole trial period was 84 days, which was divided into 4 stages, each stage was 21 days. The results showed that the dietary NE and CP levels had no significant effect on DMI and blood biochemical indexes of dairy goat, but there was interaction between the test group, the treatment group with 13.52 MJ/d NE and 16.13% CP had the highest DMI milk yield were ele- vated with the increasing dietary NE and CP levels, the milk yield could be increased significantly by CP (P=0. 041), while the milk fat, protein, lactose, dry matter and non-fat milk solids, and milk composi- tion index decreased, the milk protein (P=0. 013) and non-fat milk solids (P=0. 031) could be decreased significantly by the increasing CP; there was interaction between the effects of dietary NE and CP levels on the performance of lactating dairy goat, the milk yield was highest with 17.82% CP and 13.52 MJ/d NE, while the milk quality was best with 13.08 MJ/d NE andl6.13% CP. According to all indexes and the actual production, the optimum NE and CP level were 13.08 MJ/d and 16.13% respectively during lactation period of Xinong Saanen dairy goat.
