寒区规模猪场粪污沼气处理研究

摘　　要：采用沼气池建于圈舍底下及地采暖等保温增温方式可行,它能确保寒区冬季沼气池正常运行。研究结果表明,经过本文介绍的方式处理后,冬季该沼气池池内温度仍维持在24℃以上;沼气池对CODcr、BOD5等总体去除率较高,但出水NH3-N浓度高于进水,处理水与《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》(GB18596-2001)还有一定差距。It＇s feasible to establish a methane tank under the pig pen and to heat the pig {arm by ground heating, which can ensure the operation of methane tank in winter in cold regions. The results show ed that with the treatment introduced in this paper,the temperature in tank in winter still remained at above 24℃ ; the removal rate of CODcr and BOD5 is generally high,but the NH3-N concentration of effluent is higher than that of the influent,There is still a long way to go to meet the national standard issuedin Pollutant Emission Standards for Livestock and Poultry Industry （BG18596 - 2001 ）.
